November Recap @ LoanBrix

It’s been one month since our last post on the LoanBrix finance blog, and we’re excited to share with you what we’ve been up to since then!

The weather has gotten warmer, and buying has gotten busier! Spring was the perfect time to buy, beautiful scenery during inspections, nicer weather, and right before the holidays so you don’t have to worry during Christmas? What more can you ask in a season!

Next up, even though this was in October, we couldn’t help but include this in our recap!

Trevor had a great night at Brad Cox’s roadshow, who is actually a client of ours. Donning some LoanBrix “merch”, he definitely had a great time!

Just a few days after that, the RBA held their November meeting which we expected to give a cut on interest rates. Sadly, that expectation didn’t come to fruition as they held the 4.35% cash rate for now. We’ll be sure to update you all on their last meeting of the year on December 10th.

Onto happier news, Rachel celebrated her birthday the same week! We had a lunch down at Prohibition in Camberwell (where we sadly forgot to take any photos, sorry!). We put up balloons for the occasion so we had festivities out of the office, and inside as well!

Our BDM visit of the month, Bank of China!

Edward and Sonia paid us a visit and gifted us with lucky dragons, marking the Chinese year of the dragon! We discussed their product offerings and are excited to work with them going forward to help your loan journeys.

Lastly, before we head into December, the office is getting an upgrade! An internet upgrade, that is, done for us by our IT partners P1 Technology. Thank you, Arslan for finalizing our installation and we’ll be sure to process and assist you with your loans even quicker now with our new internet.

That’s all from us for November, we hope you pick a good present for Christmas, and we’ll update you on the office’s festivities and more upcoming finance news very soon!
