Hi! Welcome back to the LoanBrix monthly recap, we’re having a steady month here at Burwood East. Meeting lenders, meeting clients and reacting to all the news we’ve had in the month, keep reading to see more.

We started the month off with a fascinating fact: while financial stress is rising, people are still aiming for home ownership!

Data shows households are tightening spending, saving more carefully, and even turning to the “Bank of Mum and Dad” to make home ownership possible.

If you’re also trying to figure out your next move in this market? We’re here to help you plan it properly. 🏡

We also had a great story to share from one of our clients:

Jon bought an investment property after FOUR whole years of searching, getting preapproval extension after preapproval extension. We were so happy to hear the news from him, and we’re so thankful for the trust he’s put on us!

Goes to show that time really is money. 💵

The week after that, Trevor and Shelley had a quick cup of coffee with Tony Zaccari from Finsure Thrive.

We had a great discussion and learned a lot about Finsure Thrive’s offerings, for those deals that need solutions that aren’t cookie-cutter!

Thanks for coming down, Tony!

A few days after that, the RBA unfortunately shared some bad news.

After the March meeting, the cash rate is now at 4.10%. This is the perfect time to review your loan, so don’t hesitate to give us a call or an email.

Lastly, we closed the month off by connecting with more of our non-bank lenders. We had John from M Squared Capital, coming in to introduce us to M Squared’s low doc specialty offerings and all their niches.

We also had Alaina from ScotPac business finance in a few hours after! Very jam-packed day for our brokers, but it was great to catch up with Alaina and learn more about ScotPac’s product offerings.

You might’ve already seen him in the pictures, but in case you missed it, Prince the Cat also made a special appearance 😉

That’s all she wrote for the month of March. Thanks for reading another LoanBrix monthly recap and we’ll see you on the next one!
