Welcome to another LoanBrix recap! For the month of October, we had a few throwbacks, as well as some networking events the team attended.
Starting off the month with a bit of a sad note, which you’d have seen on our last post, is a temporary farewell to Shelley as she goes on long service leave to the US. By the time you read this, Shelley will have had returned to the office, so welcome back Shelley!
In the middle of the month Trevor laid out his prediction for rate cuts following how accurate our guesses got from last year! While we sadly couldn’t get the November cut right, stay tuned for more information from Trevor.
